Present and export

Deliver the same piece as a presentation, document, or downloadable file.

Present from Galleo

Open Present to move through the piece as a slideshow. Review slide order and notes before the session. Dense sections can produce multiple slides, so check the actual presentation sequence rather than assuming one section always equals one slide.

Choose an export destination

The export dialog offers PDF, PowerPoint, Google Slides, images, and print according to your plan. PDF is useful for a fixed document; PowerPoint keeps supported text editable; image export produces section images. Google Slides sends a rendered presentation to your connected Google account, so do not assume it has the same editability as PowerPoint.

Check the final file

Wait for export preparation to finish, then open the actual file in the destination viewer. Inspect fonts, line breaks, charts, image crops, and attribution. Audio, video, forms, and other interactive behavior cannot be assumed to survive in a static PDF or image.
