Ask for a concrete change

Open the assistant and say what you want to accomplish. Name the piece or selection and describe the change in observable terms: shorten the introduction, add a comparison table, or turn a set of notes into a structured draft. Review the changes in the piece after the assistant acts.

Attach useful context

Add relevant reference files or source material in the creation workflow. Keep sources focused on the task and distinguish confirmed facts from suggestions. If the source is stale or contradictory, resolve that before treating the generated result as authoritative.

Control what leaves the workspace

AI work sends relevant inputs to the model provider handling the task. Share only material you are authorized to provide, and review the Privacy Policy before using confidential or regulated information. Ask the assistant to identify uncertainty rather than invent missing evidence.
