Collect responses and understand how people use your published links.

Build a form

Insert form elements into the piece and configure their labels and fields. Ask only for information you need and explain why you need it. A form in the editor is a layout preview; test actual submission through the published viewer.

Review responses

Open the piece’s Share controls and use the Responses tab to review submitted information. Treat responses as customer data and restrict editing or sharing access appropriately. A static PDF or exported image cannot submit a form.

Review link activity

Open Shared to see the pieces you have shared and their links. Audience analytics, where included in your plan, can help you understand views and engagement. These measurements are not a list of identified readers and should not be treated as proof that a specific person read every section.
